You guys won’t believe how much I snagged this chambray dress for! Old Navy had this bad boy on sale for $12! There is absolutely nothing more versatile than chambray, as you’re about to see. You can wear it with some Keds, or dress it up with some mint pumps. I love this look with all of its pastel touches. It screams springtime to me! I’m also obsessing over this gorgeous layered pearl necklace local CS Gems sent me. It is a perfect and timeless piece to have in your jewelry collection. It dressed up this look just perfectly. Be sure to check our their shop for the most unique pieces to add some flare to any outfit. These ladies search high and low for stunning vintage jewelry and sell it at AMAZING prices! Their jewelry is exquisite and I’m so fortunate to be able to add it my collection.

Ever since I was a little girl, my absolute favorite place to go spring clothes shopping has been Old Navy. They really never disappoint when it comes to springtime essentials. Since I’ve kind of dubbed this week ‘the week of spring dresses,’ I put together a few of my favorite Old Navy spring dresses to shop this season…and if you can’t tell, I REALLY love stripes.

I am in no way being compensated by Old Navy for this post. I simply love the store and wanted to share these dresses with my readers.
Happy Monday, ladies! Mondays are never the best, but the reminder that I was able to wear this gorgeous dress this past weekend in 70+ degree weather puts a smile on my face that even Monday can’t wipe off. Yes, believe it or not, St. Louis was 70 and sunny this past Saturday allowing me to wear my new Ross Dress for Less wrap dress in this stunning print and striking pops of color! Let’s not even talk about how it dropped 40 degrees and snowed the next day…let’s just not. Here’s to springtime staying put and being able to wear gorgeous dresses. Be sure to stop by your nearest Ross for their unbelievable prices and selection of warmer weather dresses! It was so hard to choose just one, but when I saw this baby I fell in love! And it was only a whopping $16.99, people! It doesn’t get much better than that :) Continue reading
I was scrolling through my Bloglovin‘ feed as I often do several times a day and was inspired to start a new series on the blog. Each Wednesday I’d like to share my ‘wants’ at the moment. Some may be realistic, while others can be complete dream pieces. It’s going to be a fun way for me to show you all what I’m drooling over and hopefully you’ll partake and share some of yours with me, too! This week’s list is very spring-inspired. I’m super bummed that the St. Louis weather decided to go arctic on us again, so I’m living vicariously through these beautiful items!
1. Kendra Scott ‘Danielle’ Oval Statement Earrings | 2. John Lewis Dip Dye Scarf | 3. Sam Edelman Brayden d’Orsay Flats | 4. TOPSHOP Apricot Scallop Hem Shorts | 5. Kate Spade Scallop Pocket iPhone case | 6. Dooney & Bourke Kingston Hobo [I spy this beauty on my local blogger friend Jacqueline’s blog! I’ve been eyeing it for weeks and weeks — love!]
I’m adoring these sunny pops of colors, springy neutrals and the fun scallops! Have a great Wednesday, loves!
Now that I go to school, work and have an internship, I live for the weekends more than ever. Fridays at 5pm have never felt so good, let me tell you. I like to have little things to look forward to on the weekends, whether it’s cuddling in bed watching House of Cards, or maybe even taking in a show. This weekend I was able to do both and the weather was beautiful! Mike and I decided to head to The Loop for lunch and ended up trying a new place to us called Three Kings Public House. I should have taken a photo of my chicken sandwich because it was to die for. I can’t wait to go back again and enjoy some beers.
